Shipping costs to the Highlands and offshore are substantially higher than the rest of the UK. Therefore, Scottish Highland and offshore orders will incur additional fees.

This service is completely free and you will be notified once your choice of rugs have arrived in store. This allows customers to view or compare rugs before committing to a purchase. PLEASE NOTE: You will have 7 days from arrival in-store to view your rugs before they are sent back to our warehouse (unless prior notification has been made and confirmed).
Returns to store
Returns to our store are free and a full refund excluding delivery costs will be given after a full inspection of the returned items has been carried out. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as purchased and carefully re-packaged. Delivery costs will not be included within the refunded amount. Refunds will be made on receipt of return after a full inspection. Damaged or stained items, or items we receive after the 14 day period from delivery date, will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund.
