For small items (small mats, pillows, home decor and accessories) we offer a standard delivery service. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed but items usually arrive within 3-5 working days. This delivery service excludes rugs.

Scottish Highlands and offshore orders

Shipping costs to the Highlands and offshore are substantially higher than the rest of the UK. Therefore, Scottish Highland and offshore orders will incur additional fees.

We now offer customers the option to view any choice of our online rugs in store with no obligation to buy. This service is completely free and you will be notified once your choice of rugs have arrived in store. This allows customers to view or compare rugs before committing to a purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE: You will have 7 days from arrival in-store to view your rugs before they are sent back to our warehouse (unless prior notification has been made and confirmed)

Standard delivery

5-7 working days

Although the majority of our rugs and small items arrive within 3 working days, some rugs can take much longer and therefore we cannot guarantee exact time scales. However, we advise that if your order hasn't arrived within 10 days to get in touch.

Returns to our store are free and a full refund excluding delivery costs will be given after a full inspection of the returned items has been carried out. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as purchased and carefully re-packaged. Delivery costs will not be included within the refunded amount.  Refunds will be made on receipt of return after a full inspection. Damaged or stained items, or items we receive after the 14 day period from delivery date, will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund.  

Returns must be made at your own cost. Items must be in the same condition as purchased and carefully re-packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure all items are returned safely. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Delivery costs will not be included within the refunded amount.  Refunds will be made on receipt of return after a full inspection has been carried out. Damaged or stained items, or items we receive after the 14 day period from delivery date, will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you include order details and photos of the item’s condition and retain any packaging (as images of this may be required). Damage should be noted to the delivery driver where at all possible as they, along with our warehouse staff, may have taken photographs prior to arrival. Should your rug be damaged or defective on receipt, we will organise an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure to record with the courier any orders that arrive clearly damaged (including damage to the outer packaging) and take photographic evidence. Damage to the outer packaging could suggest the rugs have been damaged in transit. Without evidence, we will be unable to claim the insurance on the courier. Please also retain the packaging if opening the rugs to inspect, as the courier will often request photographic evidence of this.

 

Let us know if you intend to return your items by completing our returns form within 7 days of receipt so we can provide you with instructions on what to do next.

Your order may be cancelled at any time before despatch (this excludes custom or made-to-order items, these cannot be cancelled after work has started). Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. Please allow time for your bank to process this refund as some banks take longer than others for funds to show in your account. To cancel your order, please email us with your order number and let us know you wish to cancel.

 

Rugs or items that are made-to-order, custom or bespoke are non-refundable unless they are delivered with a manufacturing fault. These orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items that are advertised as defected, these are 'sold-as-seen' or 'sold-as-described'.

 

Any rugs that are returned must be suitably sealed in secure packaging to protect them from water damage or any physical damage during transit. If you return goods to us that have clear signs of use, are dirty or damaged, then a refund will not be issued. We will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit while being returned.
